Stockton “Peacekeeper” Arrested in Bay Area for Trafficking a Child

209 Times has confirmed that Sokha Lek who goes by the name “Kaz” or “Fish Boy”, is currently incarcerated in Contra Costa County after being arrested by the Pittsburgh Police Department for multiple felonies related to prostitution of a minor under the age of 16 and lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14. According to public records Kaz was arrested on November 20th and remains in custody with a bail of $1,700,000.

We reached out to City of Stockton’s corrupt City Manager Harry Black and inept Office of Violence Prevention director Lora Larson for comment, but they have so far refused to provide any. Apparently they don’t think someone paid by tax payers to “reduce trauma” in the vulnerable communities of #Stockton in a trusted position is worthy of public comment. As of today Kaz is listed as the Community Engagement Coordinator for the Office of Violence Prevention (OVP), which is funded by an additional sales tax residents pay through Measure A.

Lora Larson had been previously warned about Kaz’s involvement with Sammy Nunez as a goon who was personally involved (along with other Peacekeeper Andrew Lucero) in attempting to attack members of the community who were calling out the actions of Nunez at Fathers & Families of San Joaquin. Sammy Nunez has since been convicted of multiple felonies related to similar charges that included heinous sexual crimes against children under the age of 10. Kaz was one of his enforcers prior to being hired and promoted in a supervisory role for the OVP.

This is a developing story as we work to obtain Lek’s mugshot, which the Contra Costa County Sheriff is refusing to provide us in violation of the California Public Records Act.

OVP Director Larson has also been an issue as she was caught earlier this year campaigning at City Hall which is prohibited. She was publicly campaigning against newly elected Mayor Christina Fugazi after Fugazi spoke out against City Manager Harry Black’s multitude allegations involving him and inappropriate conduct towards women staff and city councilmembers. She is refusing to respond now.
