STOCKTON- A family got more than what was on the menu this weekend when going through a McDonald’s drive thru on Harding Way and Center St. Things have gotten so bad in the reinvented city that an unidentified male openly stood in the drive thru next to cars with children in them while heating up his meth pipe and smoking like he was in his own backyard.
