A small plane made an emergency landing in Livermore this evening near 580 on Isabel Avenue. According to officials the plane lost power right after takeoff and made the emergency landing on Isabel just south of the Highway near the airstrip. No one was reported injured. A man driving by captured the exact moment the plane and car collided.
