LODI- Pipe Bomb Scare At Costco In Lodi
Lodi Police have released the following statement:
“On 02/06/21 at around 1203 PM LPD Officers responded to the Costco parking lot (2680 Reynolds Ranch Pkwy) for the report of a suspicious object that was believed to be a pipe bomb. Officers arrived and located the object, a plastic pipe with caps glued at the ends, near the tire center in the parking lot. Members of the Lodi PD and San Joaquin County EOD units responded to the scene, and they were able to determine the object was not a pipe bomb. At this time the investigation is on going”.
