CERES- A Stanislaus County Sheriff deputy has been shot at and the SWAT is on the scene at Central and Service streets. The Sheriff’s office has released the following statement:
“News Update & Traffic Advisory – February 11, 2022
Detectives are currently investigating a shooting in which a Stanislaus Co Sheriff’s deputy took unprovoked gunfire near Central & Service in Ceres. No injuries are reported, several suspects have been detained. Please avoid the area as we continue to process the crime scene”.
