STOCKTON- Edison High School teacher Nikkole Scruggs was arrested this morning for the September murder of Katrina Allen in Oakdale. She is being accused of aiding Stephen Frederick who was arrested for the homicide last month by providing transportation and hiding evidence.
Scruggs is currently being held in the San Joaquin County jail.
