ROSEVILLE- On Saturday July 17 at 10:13pm a vehicle crashed on Sunrise Ave right before Douglas Boulevard in Roseville. The vehicle was immediately engulfed in flames and an off duty police officer from Stockton named Mark Afanasev, rushed into action to free them. The man in the vehicle caught fire and sustained Burns to his leg and arm but survived. Viewer discretion is advised.
