Trial Continues For Crooked SUSD Trustee

STOCKTON- The jury in the trial for Angelann Flores, heard more testimony and evidence this week in the felony trial against the disgraced former board president for Stockton Unified School District, one of the lowest performing districts in the state and nation.

Evidence was presented detailing how Flores conspired to commit insurance fraud by getting a policy after an accident and then filing a fraudulent claim three days later, “so it wouldn’t seem suspicious.”

Detectives detailed extracting data from her cell phones, which contained direct evidence of the fraud that netted her a $2,000 payment.

SUSD officials also testified about policies regarding the use of district credit cards by trustees. At one point when evidence was being presented against her,Angelann, who was known for her bullying of staff (and allegedly a student at Merlo Institute) and has refered to herself at public school board meetings as “a real gangsta”, rushed out of the courtroom to the restroom where sounds similar to someone throwing up could be heard outside.

Testimony also revealed that it was former SUSD superintendent Traci Miller, and Chief Financial Officer Joann Juarez who reported Angelann to law enforcement for theft of public funds. This fact contradicts her attorney Tori Verber’s wild conspiracy theory that Angelann was “retaliated against for being an FBI informant” at the command of Motecuzoma Sanchez who runs the city and county according to said conspiracy theory.

Sanchez showed up, but was told he couldn’t sit in the courtroom because he was “a potential witness.” He’s been given no information on how he’s a witness and suspects Verber listed him and our investigative reporter, Frank Gayaldo, on the witness list for the sole purpose of keeping them out of the courtroom.

Despite desperate online pleas, including promises to pay for uber rides, only a handful of regular supporters have shown up on behalf of “Devilann.” They are reportedly Ralph White, Bobby Bivens, Kimberly Warmsley, Jasmine Delafosse, Aaron Leathley, and her bestie Ashley Drain who was convicted of 11 felonies as a trustee by the same Tori Verber.
