STOCKTON- Police are investigating a homicide on Sutter Street between Hazelton and Church Streets. A woman was killed in front of an 8 year old child. Suspect then shot himself and was still alive when transported. There is another victims as well who was sitting up when First Responders arrived. 4 shot in total. Detectives are on scene with perimeter set up for a crime scene.
