5 Homicides in Last Two Days: 3 Shot, 2 Killed in Another Deadly Night in Stockton

STOCKTON- Police have confirmed that last night at approximately 11:16pm a man and woman in their early 20’s were shot multiple times as they sat in their SUV in the parking lot. Both were transported to the County Hospital where the male died from his injuries and the woman is in critical, but stable condition.

Then in a separate shooting at 3:33am a woman in her early 30’s was found with a gunshot wound to the chest on Volney Street between Michael and Ralph Streets in south Stockton. After being transported to the hospital she was pronounced dead.

No suspects or motives have been provided by police at this time. There have been 5 homicides in Stockton in a little more than the last 48 hours.
