STOCKTON- Late last night around 8:40pm a car crashed into a parked car on Sutter St. When residents inspected the vehicle they discovered a man inside who was unresponsive and had been shot multiple times. Over a dozen bullet holes can be seen in the windshield and driver window. SPD has confirmed it as a homicide investigation and the victim was 50 years old.
Earlier in the day around 1:42pm a 46 year old man was shot on the 200 block of the same street near the Crosstown Freeway and transported to the hospital. He did not provide any details of the suspect.
