Disgraced SUSD Trustee Attends Graduations After Being Charged With Stealing From SUSD Students
STOCKTON- A day after appearing in court with her lawyer Tori Verber, the former district attorney who reportedly had to take the Bat Exam 9 times after graduating from a law school so bad it’s no longer in operation, former Stockton Unified School District Board president Angelann Flores upset students, parents, and SUSD staff by attending students’ high school graduations. Flores was arrested and charged with four felonies including theft of public funds from SUSD, and Filing a Fraudulent Insurance Claim.
Angelann, who has openly bragged about being a former “special Ed” student of SUSD, reportedly further surprised the audience at one graduation, telling the students, “one day you can be like me.” 👮🏼♂️ ⛓️💥 💅🏼 👀
Uh…no thank you. Parents who reached out to us felt her appearance was not only tone deaf and inappropriate, but also disrespectful to their students who worked hard to graduate. “Instead of showing some class, resigning and answering for her crimes, she decided to use the accomplishments of students to selfishly promote herself”, told us a teacher who was surprised to see her on campus especially since a restraining order to stay away from school grounds was placed on her when she was arrested. That part of the restraining order was lifted by the courts.
At court on Wednesday, Tori Verber also requested that Flores be allowed to attend out of state educator conferences so she can waste even more tax payer money. The judge granted her request. Her next court appearance will be September 11th.
Superintendent Michelle Rodriguez (last name by marriage) made sure the photos of Flores attending the graduations were posted on Facebook and Instagram.
