STOCKTON- Not sure if they’re doing April Fools Day two days late or if this is what it’s come to, but the CHP announced today they’ll now be deploying a new drug sniffing goat in Stockton. In a statement released today the CHP says the goat will be used to, “help catch baaaad guys”. Yes you read that right. ? ?
