Second Male/Female Duo Arrested In Stockton For Sex Trafficking Just Days Apart

STOCKTON- HUMAN SEX TRAFFICKING IS REAL. Per Stockton PD:
“In early December, Stockton police officers responded to the 2100 block of Dockery Court for a human trafficking report. The 22-year-old female victim advised officers she was forced into human trafficking by Saint Marques Taylor, 32. Vice detectives investigated the incident and found evidence of human trafficking, false imprisonment, and assault charges against Taylor. During the investigation, they also identified Kiana Booker, 26, who would assist Taylor with pimping and recruiting additional victims.

Today, Vice detectives located Taylor and Booker in the 800 block of Houston Avenue and they were arrested without incident. Detectives served a search warrant at the location and found evidence related to the investigation. Taylor was arrested for human trafficking, pimping and pandering, terrorist threats, brandishing of a firearm, domestic violence, and vandalism. Booker was arrested for pimping and pandering. Both were booked into the San Joaquin County Jail. Taylor’s bail amount was set at $1.4 million and Booker’s bail amount was set at $200,000.

“SPD NEWS: TWO ARRESTED FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING OF A 13-YEAR-OLD GIRL

Today, the Stockton Police Vice Unit with the assistance of the Swat team served a search / arrest warrant in the 3200 block of Blue Ridge Circle related to a human trafficking investigation involving a 13-year old girl who was reported as a missing person from the Bay Area. Montel Armstrong, 18, and Sheila Logan, 39 (Montel’s mother) were at the location and arrested. Detectives found a handgun and additional evidence related to the investigation. The victim is now safe and placed at Mary Graham’s Children Shelter.

Armstrong was arrested for human trafficking, assault with a deadly weapon, terrorist threats, lewd and lascivious acts with a child, and weapon charges. Logan was arrested for human trafficking and child endangerment.
