STOCKTON CITY COUNCIL TO GIVE A RAISE TO FAILED CITY MANAGER HARRY BLACK, TO NEALRY HALF A MILLION A YEAR
STOCKTON- Controversial Stockton City Manager, Harry Black wants a raise. Despite being placed on a “Performance Improvement Plan” twice as well as almost being fired twice in the last four years, his corrupt allies on the City Council are expected to approve his requested raise at today’s city council meeting.
Not only does he want an 8% raise for $26,000 more a year in salary, he also wants Stockton tax payers to increase how much they pay into his 401k retirement from 12% to 17%. On top of that he’s paid $700 a month for a car allowance even though he routinely has Deputy Police Chief Antonio Sajor chauffeur him around everywhere. He also receives an allowance of $400 for “tech” as well as 120 vacation days, which is 4 months out of the whole year!
His current salary/benefits are $415,000 a year.
Under his failed leadership the Stockton Police Department has failed to hire the new police officers that tax payers are paying $39 million in extra taxes for every year with Measure A.
Black has been investigated multiple times for complaints against him by City staff, especially female employees, a problem he also had in Cincinnati, Ohio, which ran him out of town. The reject was then hired by disgraced former Mayor Michael Tubbs’ council. The theory why is because he was part of racist billionaire and former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s network. For some strange reason Bloomberg also donated $300,000 to Tubbs’ SUSD school board candidates via Central Valley Leadership Fund, ran by Bob Gutierrez and Jane Butterfield who are both top lieutenants in Fritz Grupe’s Cabal that controls City Hall, SUSD, and the Grand Jury. Did we mention Jane Butterfield was also on the Grand Jury that said the whole city government can’t function or do its job because 209 Times keeps reporting on city government? Oh yeah and she also owned the old building that tax payers bought for a “new city hall”, which has ballooned to a $100 million cost and still isn’t done.
