Third Woman Files Police Complaint Against Brando Villapudua For Sexual Assault

STOCKTON- 209 Times has confirmed that another woman has come forward and reported Stockton City Councilmember Brando Villapudua for sexual assault.

Law enforcement sources have now confirmed three separate women have reported being sexualy assaulted by Stockton City Councilmember Brando Villapudua.

The first case we were made aware of was by a minor who reported Villapudua molested her for years when she was in grade school. She reported that alleged abuse to Lodi Police who have since confirmed the authenticity of Case Number 11-003535.

It was forwarded to the district attorney at the time, James Willet, for prosecutorial review. Willet did not prosecute. Brando’s brother Carlos Villapudua was a San Joaquin County Supervisor at the time and accused the mother of the alleged victim of trying to stop him from getting re-elected despite the fact he was never mentioned in the criminal complaint.

The second woman filed a report with Stockton Police this month on September 6th. Sources report the alleged victim suspected she may have been dr*gged prior to the alleged assault.

Then a week later on September 12th, a third woman reported similar allegations to Stockton Police who have forwarded both cases to the District Attorney.

What stands out to us is that these women filed the complaints against Villapudua independently without being aware of the other’s existence.

While these allegations remain unprosecuted at this time, and Villapudua is considered innocent until proven guilty according to the law, it does reveal a troubling pattern coming from three separate women who have no connection to each other.
