Woman Car Jacks Man By Faking Distress

A man who reportedly thought he was being a Good Samaritan got hit with the okie doke when the woman he pulled over to help ended up carjacking him.

The robbery happened on Saturday January 25th at 6:01am at Hammer Lane and Alexandria Place in north Stockton.

According to police:

“The male victim, 54, was in the listed area when he encountered the suspect, who asked for help. Once in the vehicle, the suspect brandished a sharp object and demanded to be taken to another city. The victim pulled over, jumped out, and the suspect fled in the vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered. SUSPECT: White female adult.”
