Two Armed Juveniles Take Police on High Speed Chase in Stockton

At approximately 10:35 AM, a San Joaquin County Sheriff’s deputy attempted a traffic stop at Eight Mile Road, east of Highway 99, after noticing a vehicle driving on its front-left rim due to a flat tire. The driver failed to yield, prompting a brief pursuit. Deputies successfully used legal intervention and brought the vehicle to a stop at the 1300th block of East Hammer Lane.
Upon investigation, an illegal firearm was discovered on the passenger seat. The vehicle was unreported stolen. Both the driver and the passenger were determined to be juveniles and taken into custody to be booked on the following charges:
▪️Possession of a firearm by a minor
▪️Possession of Ammo by a minor
▪️Felony Evading of a Peace Officer
▪️Possession of stolen property
▪️Concealed firearm in a vehicle”
