Local Man Recognized by President Trump for Serving Veterans

TRACY- Tracy Native Johnny Dubitsky, Jr of FIX’D Inc. Veterans Transition Resouce received The Presidents Volunteer Service Award with a framed certificate and personally signed letter from the President of the United States. City of Tracy Mayor Robert Rickman presided over the ceremony that recognized Mr. Dubitsky’s meteoric rise from administrative assistant to Chief of Operations in the course of two years, accumulating an unprecedented 4,713 Volunteer hours supporting veterans and their families.  Mr. Dubitsky’s efforts directly led to the University of California Berkeley determining FIX’D Inc. is operating at a 97% success rate. Founded in 2016, FIX’D has improved the quality of life for over 1,000 veterans, military personnel, and their families.  Mr. Johnny Dubitsky has brought great credit upon himself, FIX’D Inc., and the community of Tracy.
