STOCKTON- Police arrested two individuals yesterday at 4:34pm on South El Dorado Street and East First Street after observing the suspects shoot a firearm from inside of their vehicle. The officers stopped the vehicle and arrested the suspects without incident. Upon searching the vehicle a handgun was recovered in the center console. No victims of the gunshot were found. Arrested for weapons charges were Librado Estrada, 34, and Irving Moreno, 20 years old.
