STOCKTON- An officer and suspect were shot on La Cresta Way at after 10am in Stockton on 5/11/2021. Reports are received that the officer has been killed and the suspect transported via ambulance. Witnesses detail that the officer was shot while sitting in his vehicle.
UPDATE: SPD says Jimmy Inn was killed near the door of the residence where he was responding to a domestic violence call. The vehicle pictured here was struck by gunfire during a shootout with the second officer before a neighbor tackled him while he was strangling an 8 year old child.
