California National Guard Placed On Alert For COVID-19

SACRAMENTO- Today Governor Gavin Newsom signed an order placing the California National Guard on alert amidst concerns of the COVID-19 pandemic. In a statement released by the governor’s office the reason is for the following:

“The National Guard has been directed by the Governor to be prepared to perform humanitarian missions across the state including food distribution, ensuring resiliency of supply lines, as well as supporting public safety as required.”

  2. How about transferring the hand sanitizer and supplies that the schools were issued to the daycares in the local areas that are remaining open to take care of those children.
