DUBLIN- According to new Tesla owner Nathaniel, Sunday October 4, minutes after picking up his brand new Model Y, he was driving along I-580 when he felt a draft and realized his entire roof was gone. The Model Y has a glass roof that runs the length of the top of the car. It is not made to be convertible. According to Nathaniel he alerted Highway Patrol and quickly drove back to the Tesla dealership and returned the vehicle.
