Man Killed And Waiter Stabbed By Patron At Black Bear Diner In Lodi

LODI- According to an eye witness who called 9-1-1, a man was killed in a stabbing at the Black Bear diner at 6pm tonight. A bus waiter was taking away a patron’s plate when the patron objected and stabbed him with steak knife across neck and in heart. The assailant then walked to counter and waited for cops. Another waiter was stabbed in hand. When the police arrived the killer who was “covered in prison tattoos” raised his two bloody hands and said, “I’m the one you’re looking for”. More details to come as they develop.

The person who was killed was sitting with the attacker. A busboy was also stabbed and is in the hospital.
