BROOKLYN- New York State has taken to using refrigerated trailers as makeshift morgues for victims of coronavirus, which has hit the area hardest in the United States. As of this morning there are 75,795 cases including Governor Cuomo’s own brother, Chris, who is also a news anchor for CNN. The increase has been 9,298 since Monday and there have been 1,550 deaths in New York with the U.S. now surpassing 3,000. These pictures and video were posted to social media on Sunday of bodies being loading onto the trailers with a forklift. Central Park has also been turned into a field hospital preparing for overflow as the cases are expected to skyrocket even more. Last Monday President Trump changed from his position on wanting restrictions lifted by easter to now extend social distancing stay at home guidelines through the end of April saying it would be tragic to declare victory too soon.
