CERES- While many people reported to have seen white objects dancing in the daylight sky over Modesto, a man working at a construction site in adjacent Ceres says he figured out what the objects were. The objects were recorded high in the sky.
What the man discovered once the objects got closer to the ground was that they were nothing more than plastic bags.
The mystery of how the bags got so high in the sky remains. No plane was anywhere in sight.
