10 Year Old Girl Shot While Sleeping in Stockton
Witnesses say over 20 shots were fired through the window of the residence early Saturday morning. Per SPD:

The male victim, 36, and female victim, 10, were inside their residence sleeping when they were struck by gunfire. The victims were transported to an area hospital for non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. SUSPECTS: No suspect information.”
The police have released no suspect information and neither the mayor Kevin Lincoln who is running for Congress as a Republican or his vice mayor Kimberly Warmsley who is running for reelection against Jason Lee, have made a single statement despite this being the district Warmsley represents and has failed for the last three years.
