STOCKTON- Police have announced that yesterday March 10, Khari Dobbins was arrested for having “inappropriate sexual relations with a 16-year-old female student at a residence in North Stockton”. Dobbins is 25 years old and also a track coach for Bear Creek High School of Lodi Unified School District in north Stockton.
