STOCKTON- Man Shot In Head. Stockton Police investigate 5th homicide in December.
Homicides are up 63% this year. There are now 52 for the year, while there were 32 last year.
Per Stockton PD:
“On December 12, 2020, at 10:12 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of Astor Drive on reports of a person shot. When officers arrived, they located the adult male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injury. Homicide detectives were called in for the investigation. At this time, there is no motive or suspect information.
