STOCKTON- A counselor at Peyton Elementary in Stockton has been arrested in Elk Grove for child pornography.
According to a press release from the Elk Grove police Depart, “Elk Grove Police Department detectives working in conjunction with the Sacramento Valley Hi-Tech Crimes Task Force and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Bureau arrested 54-year-old Larry Capello, of Elk Grove for possession of child pornography.
Elk Grove Police Department detectives, who continue to investigate this case, ask anyone with information regarding Larry Capello and his potential involvement with minors to contact Elk Grove Police Department Investigations Bureau at (916) 627-3718 or tips can also be sent via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on a cell phone, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message”.
Capello also worked at Bush and Grunsky Elementary Schools as well over the last few years. He is also a union steward with the SPPA.
