STOCKTON- An armed robbery in broad daylight was captured on camera on Christmas Eve. It occurred around 5:30pm on 1st and Stanislaus St. it is unknown what was taken. The robber can be seen running down the street to escape.
STOCKTON- Edison High School teacher Nikkole Scruggs was arrested this morning for the September murder of Katrina Allen in Oakdale. She is being accused of aiding Stephen Frederick who was arrested for the homicide last month by providing transportation and hiding evidence. Scruggs is currently being held in the San Joaquin County jail.
STOCKTON- The Pomp Salon in Lincoln center was paid an unexpected visit today by armed officers from the state. According to eyewitnesses they identified themselves as being from the state board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Customers were forced to leave and the salon was fined $1,000 along with a few stylists who received misdemeanors.
