Lodi- A resident is questioning the tactics of Lodi PD who captured a dog yesterday on Finch Run. Video they took shows the dog being tazed and restrained by the neck while being physically dragged away. The dog was reportedly killed.
In the video an officer tells the witnesses that dog had attacked children around the corner. We have not received an official statement from Lodi PD as of this post.
