San Joaquin County- The Office of Patrick Withrow has released details on the tragic death of one of his correctional officers at the county jail. Cesar Fuentes was a six year veteran who had just completed his shift when he was killed riding his motorcycle home by a pick up truck that suddenly pulled out in front of him.
