LOUISIANA- Webster Garrison, team manager for the Oakland A’s minor league Stockton Ports last season, is fighting for his life in a hospital due to coronavirus. COVID-19 has been ravaging the area since last week and one of the people affected is Garrison, age 54.
According to his fiancé Nikki Trudeaux, he was placed on a ventilator which he was depending on to breathe for him. Since then he is showing signs of improvement.
Louisiana has 6,425 cases of coronavirus as of April 1st.
