STOCKTON- The police department has announced that three suspects have been arrested in the October 1st shooting of a 10 year old girl who was playing in her backyard when she was struck by a stray bullet:
“On October 22, 2019, Detectives arrested three people for the October 1, 2019 shooting of a 10-year-old girl in the 400 block of E. Clay Street. Arrested were Emilio Negron, 22, and two 17-year-old males. All three are documented gang members.
The Stockton Police Department would like to thank everyone who submitted tips regarding this investigation”.
The young girl survived the shooting.
