63 Year Old Woman Killed In Stockton Double Shooting

STOCKTON- September continues to see violence as a 63 year old woman was killed early this morning in an overnight shooting. Another man was also shot. The city has already surpassed all homicides for 2019, in less than nine months in 2020. Police have provided no further details other than the following press release:

This morning, at 2:10 a.m., officers responded to the 700 block of East Longview Avenue on a report of a shooting and located two shooting victims, a 63-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man. Both were transported to an area hospital. Unfortunately, the woman was pronounced dead at the hospital, and the man is currently in stable condition. Homicide detectives responded and took over the investigation. Currently, there is no motive or suspect information.
