STOCKTON- John Lee, 71, is homeless and has mental disabilities. Last week he was beaten and robbed so Mike Linker, the owner of Victory Grill, organized a hamburger fundraiser for Lee with 25% of all money raised going to him.
Linker says, “Thanks to everyone who came out today! We appreciated everyone’s patience. John Lee is very thankful for all of the gifts, donations, letters, and most importantly the people who came out and supported him. Physically, he is doing an amazing job at healing! He has never been happier and couldn’t believe all the love he received. Thanks again to our amazing community for the overwhelming support!”
