STOCKTON- Last night around 8:20pm a resident recorded a building fire at 610 N Hunter St and the corner of Oak Street shortly after it broke out. He describes seeing a person who appeared to be homeless walking away from the building as it was engulfed in flames. The video captures the fire spreading and windows breaking before the fire department arrived to put out the blaze.
