STOCKTON- Police are responding to a male homicide victim who was just killed after being shot reportedly in the head in a drive by shooting. Attempts at CPR were unsuccessful and police now have the area taped off on Carolyn Weston Blvd and John Townsend in Weston Ranch. Witnesses describe hearing multiple gunshots and seeing a car drive off.
