STOCKTON- A national study conducted by diversitydatakids.org ranks Stockton as the 4th lowest ranking city in the United States using the Child Opportunity Index 2.0.
The study measures several factors and even breaks down each city by ethnicity. When it comes to Stockton, the city also ranks amongst the worst specifically for Mexican, White and Asian/Pacific Islander children as well.
