Shooting Becomes 2nd Homicide in Stockton in 2 Days

STOCKTON- Last night at 11:04pm police received a call of a shooting on Sierra Nevada Street and Poplar Street. When they arrived, they found a man shot in his vehicle. The man, in his 20’s, was transported to an area hospital, but died from his injuries. In a statement released by SPD they say:

“Homicide detectives responded for the investigation. At this time there is no motive or releasable suspect information.

The Stockton Police Department is encouraging people to call if they have information pertaining to this investigation.
