STOCKTON- Last year in 2020 the former employer San Joaquin County Office of Education, had to call the police on Kimberley Warmsley after she failed to return property like a cell phone and laptop after months of attempts were made to get her to return the items. She was elected to the city council to represent south Stockton and Weston Ranch in November of 2020. She was the only candidate endorsed by disgraced former mayor Michael Tubbs who won their election. She was also endorsed by the Stockton Police Officers Association.

Now she is being sued in small claims court by a two truck company which states Warmsley failed to also pay them for services. Her trial is set for this month, April 28th.
