STOCKTON- Stockton Police have released the body worn camera footage of the Officer-Involved Critical Incident Video from May 11, 2021 that occurred in the 4400 block of La Cresta Way. Viewer discretion is advised.
Both Officer Inn and the shooter Lance Lowe were killed and Lowe’s eight year old son was saved by citizen Jesus Velasquez who can be seen tackling Lowe prior to Officer Freer shooting him.
