Live Grenade Found In Car At Stockton Pic-n-Pull

STOCKTON- The Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that a live grenade was found in a car at the local auto junk yard earlier today:

“Happening now 2/13/19 @12:10pm
Deputies are at Pick ‘n’ Pull in Stockton regarding a live grenade. Evacuations are complete in the area and our Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team is on their way to the location: 3927 Clark dr., Stockton.”

Updated: “The explosive device was rendered safe and it was detonated at a safe location. Evacuation is lifted. Investigation still open”
