STOCKTON- A truck flipped merging onto the 99 from the 4 in Stockton, and all the trucks packages (dog food) flew off the over pass and fell on cars driving north on the 99 and made 2-3 cars crash also. First responders are on the scene. No word on the condition of the drivers.
